Why prices are on the website at all
Most companies in this trade give you a number only once a technician is already in your kitchen — the worst possible moment to negotiate. Publishing starting prices means you decide whether to book us before we ever knock on the door, not after.
What these numbers are — and are not
They are real starting figures from jobs we have actually done, broken out by problem. They are not a binding quote: the brand, the specific part and the labor involved all move the final number, which you get in writing after the diagnostic and before any repair begins.
What actually changes the price
- Appliance type. Built-in, column-style units generally take longer to access than freestanding ones.
- Brand. Premium and imported brands often mean pricier parts, occasionally special-ordered.
- The specific part. Two repairs can take identical labor time and cost very different amounts depending on what actually failed.
- Access. A cooktop set into stone or a stacked unit in a closet adds time to get to and reassemble properly.
What does not change
The number you already approved. We do not add to it after the fact, and if a second, unrelated problem turns up mid-repair, we stop and talk to you before going further.
