The appliance model number makes a real difference. On most appliances it is printed on the door frame, the kick plate, inside a drawer runner, or on the rear panel. If the label has faded, a phone photo of the rating plate usually gives us enough to read it. What to expect after you book

You get a real arrival window — not an all-day placeholder. Before the technician heads your way, we confirm who is coming by call or text. On arrival: diagnosis first, using measurements and fault history. Then a flat price for parts and labor. Your approval. Only then does the work start. Urgent situations

Refrigerator not holding temperature, standing water from a washer, a gas smell, or a dryer running hot — call us directly and say it is urgent. Those calls move ahead in the schedule. If there is a gas smell, leave the property and contact your gas utility before anything else.
